K+S AG is one of the leading suppliers of standard and special fertilisers, offering a comprehensive product portfolio for agricultural enterprises, industry and private consumers that creates a basis for growth in almost all walks of everyday life. K+S stock is the only raw material stock on the German Stock Index, DAX. In order to reflect the group’s global growth and international work environments with significant differences for the employees, K+S wants to conduct a global employee survey. The main goal of the survey is gathering information, but it is also to strengthen internal communication and the participation of all corporate levels. The survey should be understood as the beginning of a change management process, also serving as a tool to monitor a variety of operational measures.
Your opinion – our future
The new global employee survey of K+S AG will be a special, unique event. In order to achieve maximum participation by employees around the world, we have developed a strong slogan: “Your opinion – our future”, which translates easily into different languages and has the same meaning everywhere. We also developed a bold lead visual, meeting all diversity requirements – various portraits of multi-cultural employees in the different business divisions of the group. Of course, we use both female and male portraits. We also support the overall follow-up communication.
