Clear positioning in Europe

The Robert Half group of companies is a leading international, specialised staffing services company with more than 400 locations around the world, approx. 13,000 employees and more than 65 years of experience in providing temporary staff. In a pan-European online campaign for Robert Half, we have translated the corporate brand story into the local, highly relevant position of “Success starts with the right people”. In this regard, we developed various online campaign approaches which have been implemented in several European countries.


The idea

Robert Half is the leader of the staffing services market in America. But in Europe? This is why the real starting point was working out a clear positioning for Robert Half in Europe. Compared to the competition, it was very clear that the position of market leader was still wide open. Only the market leader can claim to be the “first choice” for HR professionals, candidates and companies. This claim and this soundness resulted in a clear and unique positioning for Robert Half.


The result

Two online campaign approaches were developed for the new positioning “Success starts with the right people”. The first approach was based on the idea of “From talents to careers” and the second approach dealt with positioning as “First choice”. In this regard, a landing page layout was developed as well as various adverts and animated online banners for a wide variety of media in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. A clear, concise position, implemented in a layout which employs Robert Half’s red colour as a strong element, combined with a modern gallery of images.
