A location that sets standards

The International Congress Center Munich stands, in particular, for individual solutions for all events. Up to 20 rooms are available with a total capacity of up to 6,000 people, a maximum presentation area of 7,000 m², including a hall of 3,500 m², and up to 18 break-out rooms as meeting rooms for offices. Additional rooms at the Munich trade fair site, which is linked directly to ICM, can also be integrated into the spatial concept for larger events. All of the rooms can be individually furnished and adapted to the specific purpose. A brochure has been designed and implemented as the central communication medium. This communicates all of the relevant information on the fittings and the opportunities that the ICM offers.


The idea

We launched the project with a multi-day photo shoot. In so doing, we advised ICM on selecting the photographer, created a shooting list with all of the motifs required in line with the brochure’s structure, were responsible for art direction for the photo shoot as well as for selecting the pictures through to the finished lithography data sets. In parallel, the text was created with complex 3D images of the entire ICM – broken down into all levels and including pictures of the individual rooms. The information was put together into a state-of-the-art layout, allowing readers to find all of the relevant technical information on every room and obtain a visual impression of the rooms. This also included information with a sufficient depth to allow events to be planned in detail with the information provided in this brochure.
