The heart of the Mercedes-AMG brand is performance. In external perception of the brand, across all of the points of contact with customers. A key factor in implementing this stringently and constantly is that AMG’s positioning is not only understood in particular by the sales and marketing experts worldwide, but also taken on board and lived. Because engine power already starts in sales activities on location, we turned to the tuning of employee training sessions: We revised the layout, didactics and argument chains based on AMG’s core values. The result: the internal training medium for the AMG sales staff training “Performance week” – for 43 countries in 8 languages. Thus it is possible to experience AMG performance even in the showroom – from the first contact through to conclusion of the contract.
